First and foremost I am a Mum! I live in the Hills district with my husband and two children (both now at University).

I am also a qualified Infants/Primary School Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher (Grad Dip ECE) and have qualifications in Management and First Aid.

I have spent all of my working life in education including the NSW Department of Education, TAFE NSW and Adventures Preschool since its opening in April 2009. I also worked for the newly established Early Childhood Outcomes Directorate (NSW DoE) in mid-2023.

I am fascinated by children’s development and constantly curious about new research to best support young children to learn at their own pace and be well prepared for school.
